The resolution on the house side received a favorable vote of 10 – 3 by committee members in the Health Care Regulation Policy Committee and now moves to the Rules Committee.

If the resolution passes the house, it will then be added to the ballot as a Constitutional Amendment and will be sent to electorate. The Resolution must receive a 60% + 1% vote in order to be added to the Florida Constitution.
