FLORIDA HEALTH CARE RESOLUTION

YOU CAN STOP OBAMACARE IN FLORIDA
ASK YOUR LEGISLATORS TO SUPPORT HJR 37 AND SJR 72

Florida legislature has introduced Joint Resolution HJR 37 and companion Resolution SJR 72 to prevent all individuals who do not carry health care insurance from being forced by the Federal Government to carry health care insurance, or be penalized by the IRS. Over 16,000 IRS offices will be opened to pursue individuals to ensure that they comply with the mandate and additional bureaucracies will also be created.

The resolution on the house side received a favorable vote of 10 – 3 by committee members in the Health Care Regulation Policy Committee and now moves to the Rules Committee.

House Resolution has been placed on the Rules & Calendar Council to be heard on April 5th at 8:30 pm.

If the resolution passes the house, it will then be added to the ballot as a Constitutional Amendment and will be sent to electorate. The Resolution must receive a 60% + 1% vote in order to be added to the Florida Constitution.
