ENDA was introduced in the 111th Congress by Representatives Barney Frank (D-MA) and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in 2009.

On November 5, 2009, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) also held a hearing on the bill.

Bill Language:

To prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Check to make sure that Florida Legislators are not included in the Bill then call and ask them to not cave in the lobbyists and those who would try to convince them otherwise.
